Introduction

The sub-city of Vinh Long is 136 km from HCMC to the west south. This is a typical picture of Cuu Long delta resulted by the well off and diversification of the land between two main rivers, Tien Giang and Hau Giang. Its terrain is quite flat with dense network of rivers and channels and across by national highway No. 1 and No. 53.
